Matthew joined us as a reserved high school freshman, but his talent was evident from the start. Beginning as an editor, he quickly showcased his exceptional skills in editing and directing. Today, as our senior editor and director, Matthew continues to play a vital role in our agency’s success.
His expertise, numerous awards, and passion for filmmaking have propelled our projects to new heights. We’re thrilled to see him achieve a senior editing position with the automotive giant Ford, reflecting his remarkable journey and continued excellence!

In 2016, Kaylee joined Visiontech, bringing her passion for photography and videography. Starting as a shoot assistant, she quickly advanced to editing and graphic design.
Today, Kaylee is a vital part of our team, excelling across our services. Alongside her role at Visiontech, she also contributes to the Creative Services department at FOX Sports in Los Angeles. Her exceptional work helped win a Sports Emmy Award just one year after graduation!

Ralph started with Visiontech by impressing us with skateboard videos of his friends. His transition to capturing events and sports showcased his exceptional talent and dedication. Today, Ralph remains a key member of our team, upholding our high standards on larger productions.
His skill also caught the eye of IATSE ICG Local 600, leading to his role as a staff photographer for the legendary SNL! Ralph’s journey highlights his expertise and success on broader platforms.
